1. Media Release & License
I hereby grant Baby Butter and it’s affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute the submitted photograph in connection with the photo contest. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
– Website galleries and digital newsletters
– Print and digital marketing materials related to the contest
2. Privacy & Child Safety
The child’s full name, address, or sensitive personal details will never be publicly disclosed. Only the child’s first name (and age/age group, if applicable) will be shared alongside the photograph.
Standard submission details (such as your email address) will be kept confidential according to our [Privacy Policy Link].
3. Voluntary Participation & Liability
I understand that participation in this contest is entirely voluntary and does not guarantee a prize. I release Baby Butter, its officers, and employees from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the photograph as outlined above.
